Family Time

Andy and Grayson have been watching A LOT of golf on TV lately, so then Andy has been playing a lot of golf on the WII. Grayson started picking up on what was going on, so he would grab whatever he could find to use as a club. The tv remote, his stick horse, a spatula... We decided we needed to find him his own golf clubs!

 This kid is OBSESSED now!

Last Saturday was a really good day. We decided we wanted to go explore the La Sal Mountains. We were planning on going to Lake Oowah but took the wrong turn so we just kept driving and ended up at Dark Canyon Lake. While we were driving up we got stuck in a storm. There was lightning, thunder, rain, wind, and HAIL!! I never thought I would get stuck in a hail storm in the middle of the summer, in Moab Utah! We kept an eye on the temperature and in the Mountain it got down to 46 degrees and by the time we got back into town it was 102 degrees! Crazy.... It was fun to see Andy in his element up by the lake, he kept saying he really wanted to get his float tube and go fishing.
